goes back a few years .. to say nothing of the fact of the *ground hog* ?s

as many with interest *grasp* .. NRs' (non retail) issue with PTOI
besides the fact that P2O (the company) still survives in 2019
.. 9 years after kill order was executed and 10 years after stock
was first illegally manipulated on an orchestrated *run* whose
*volume* has long since become statistically irrelevant .. remains
early/original investors .. which is why it was worth noting when certs
were deposited into brokerage firms .. and specifically the consistency
showed by actual P2O investors from the time P2O was wrested back
in 2013 (mid August) ..
so several years ago .. i posted a hypothetical specific to the company's I/O
(round up to 125M and divide by 450) .. that effort works out to approx 277,777
shares per each of the 450 SOR (shareholders of record)
upon me posting my hypothetical .. a new/old *alias* posted *there*
and unintentionally reinforced what i was *showing* .. by pointing out
that CEDE (DTC) is 1 *holder* of the 450 ..
in a nutshell .. what would be noted .. albeit example is from another target
Companies cannot sell shares directly into the market ...1 of these SOR is the
DTC subsidiary CEDE ... which is the nominee holder of all shares held in all
brokerage accounts... in essence there are potentially 1000s of holders who buy/sell the *float*
That is XXX shareholders of record---that # does not count any shareholders whose stock is held at a brokerage firm...

everyone who holds their shares at a broker is a beneficial owner of said shares---the nominee owner of all shares is an outfit named CEDE, part of the DTC...
for every public company, CEDE counts as 1 shareholder of record, even tho' the underlying beneficial owners at all brokerages may number in the many thousands......

between 500k and 3.2M~ including the founder who retains PTOI shares of
significance as was confirmed directly by me back in mid summer 2016 .. which
was also when i asked the ? (having first started to interact with early original
investors in 2012) of how many individual P2O investors existed .. without
hesitation (and this was posted *there* contemporaneously in 2016) .. the answer
given .. was 1000s .. now i didn't pursue if 1000s was closer to 5000 vs 2000
but if fit with what the above *alias* noted *there*
which is why i've always found it so *interesting* that that for profit site
CANT show what the DTC *holds* for PTOI *shares* .. as compared to
other OTC targets ..
