Anyway, you repeatedly utter the claim I am clueless. How so?
I read the filings and have even pointed out OBVIOUS errors they eventually corrected, though they didn’t file amended filings as they should have.
Are you suggesting there are more errors in the filings and other disclosures by the company? If so, what are they? Kyle doesn’t have a history of posting corrections. It’s not his style. So if you know about more please share.

As far as your claim to be an insider, it’s rather tacky. Kyle should put a muzzle on you regarding such statements.......but he won’t. That’s not his style either.
But when an “unsophisticated” blogger posted the 2014 Area 2 permit didn’t allow recovery, even though it was true, he was more than anxious to get a muzzle on him, huh?
So is Kyle clueless or is does he intentionally seek to mislead? The filing with the Court in 2014 said they had complete transition to a recovery permit, which was/is a LIE.
Am I to give him the benefit of the doubt and just call him CLUELESS?
