my understanding (and someone, anyone feel free to correct me - as always
) is that carpathia received a certain number of shares in exchange for debt. the current price no longer has anything (except exiting) to do with how many shares they have left or yet to have received - they get no more. that's why we know (and therefore hope) the o/s is a certain figure come 6/15.
what might this current dilution have to do with PL2 ? probably nothing but i suspect one of the investors soaking up these shares is one of those who will be participating in our financing.
a stretch ? maybe. i have been stretching it for a while now anyways.
