You're right about PL2 caring less about us but under this scenario, Steve could already have the OK to release. Their business is their business. But, per the tweet, Steve does have the verbal and honestly, they could have faxed over the written. I mean, c'mon! So maybe it's just hope on my part but I have to think that a master plan is what it is.
