I thought of that. It seemed like a stupid reason at first but maybe not. Maybe that's exactly why Steve hasn't released info. Down here, they have to burn off a LOT more shares to get their money. I suppose it's possible that Steve is closely monitoring the O/S (since WE can't) and he's waiting for it to be done. The numbers I posted a while back matched up and accordingly, only Carpathia remained.
