Correction: The $750K would be annually if I remember right and not quarterly. Still would get to $20M, but not the way I said.

A couple of things I do want to mention:

In the industry, people talk about Annual Contract Value (ACV). Having $750K ACV is crazy good. Over $5K, $50K, $100K is great. $750K is, ... well you decide and is that on top of what that customer already has

I think I may have mentioned years ago, at the startup I was in, we were taking a look at Salesforce and deciding if we should buy them. We didn't. Sound crazy now.

The second startup, we did buy 3 other companies. One just went public a few years earlier and was trading on the NASDAQ. Our revenues were $300M/yr. mostly through acquisitions and growing the customer base with them.

Why do I mention this?

It's likely there will be other acquisitions down the road for VERB. Great companies like Sound Concepts when combined, can explode their customer base and increase revenue. Companies that might not ever have a chance to be public in the near-term would see a path forward.

Q1 revenues were $4M. Let's say Q2 is $5M. That is a $20M/yr revenue which is pretty good. Very conceivable we will get to $40M at some point. Do you really think our revenue one day will surpass our market cap? I think they both will go up but do your own DD.

Now throw in another acquisition or two if you want to accelerate the path to $50M/yr or $100M/yr. Maybe not this year, but next year would be great. Many companies in this space grow through acquisitions.

I do wonder which partner will be part of the 750K video store, or will it be an acquisition? Either way, I like that it's coming this year.
