I think the SHAC videos were fine for OTC, and also sort of for reassurance.
This is my opinion and mine only, but I think now that we are on NASDAQ, we have to act like a regular NASDAQ stock. I don't know, maybe there are other hi-tech NASDAQ stocks that have "SHAC-like" videos to talk directly to investors, but I think it is not the norm and while VERB is a pathfinder in many ways I don't think this should be one of them.
Personally I don't need handholding and reassurances, I have done my DD and I know what I own. I trust Rory and his superb team to execute and I always am used to the quarterly conference calls/earnings reports on stocks I own. In between those, I know material things will be announced within a few days of them happening, and I look each day for PR's or SEC filings on the stocks I own.
I sense many people in VERB do come from an OTC background and that's fine. But now that we are with the "big boys" on NASDAQ, we need to act like a NASDAQ stock.
Yes, it is unfortunate the share price seems to be continued to be manipulated, but I am conifident over time that will diminish.
I always thought Wall Street needs to see two consecutive quarters of reporting after we go to NASDAQ showing growth. So we just had the first one, the second one in three months should help make the case of 40% quarter over quarter revenue growth and subscriber growth. I think that may attract analyst coverage too which is what we need. When that happens things will start to take off.
I don't know how soon any OTC stock went to NASDAQ and then analysts started covering. I guess one could do research fairly easy and find out, and maybe I might if I get bored and have some spare time. I will confess to being curious, and I think such research could easily be done as all the data is there it just needs to be searched and mined. If I do I will certainly post the details here, but not sure if it is something I will get to in the very short term (next few days).
Anyway those are my thoughts, others are of course free to disagree, and that's what this board is all about, discussion and trading of ideas about VERB. Not all longs are going to agree on everything, not by a long shot of course. As long as ideas are reasonable I am willing to listen, and not crazy like posted on some other place by pretend longs and/or short term traders, etc. I know here the admins do a most excellent job of filtering that kind of stuff out and I thank them as always for keeping this a great place for discussion. I have learned a lot from following the discussion on here as I am only a "medium experienced" investor, having had the usual wins and losses in the stock market.
