"Customer Facing" is a common term in the industry. It usually means a company is providing a solutions to "their customer". If it wasn't the case, and it was the general public, then people usually use "Consumer Facing" or "Public Facing"
"Employee Facing" or "Internal Facing" are usually for employees or associates of a company, which is what the Direct Sales app and sites are. Remember, these customers of VERB are getting not only a white label app, but also associates can get their own personalized eCommerce site.
This is a new area for the company and from the sounds of it, a lucrative one. If just one of these solutions adds an additional $750K on top of what they are already receiving from a customer for the Direct Sales solution, imagine the possibility. It means of the 90 customers they already have, there is the potential to add even more additional revenue by selling additional solutions and upselling to some of them and of course new customers.
Let's do the math
$4M in revenue for Q1
$4M + $750K + $250K other "stuff" would now mean a revenue run rate of $20M IF they did nothing else. That is practically doubling revenue.
Oh, and keep in mind, the sampling business has grown 25% also
"Expecting to see monumental growth and nobody has this"
