The .1000 bid was maintained all day by me - and probably one other person.
Almost half the ridiculous paintdowns - mostly 1/2/3 shares were bought by me at prices set by shorters below the .1000 bid.
I got 556 shares in 45 transactions.
Although we have seen the odd 1 > 100 share paintdown on ECOX multiple times, this is the first time there have been 100+ such transactions in a day - as seen also across most stocks in the OTC today.
The price is still effectively .1000 x .1500 (undercut artificially from .2000).
