I have reported the 1 share > 200 share paint down manipulations to E*Trade.
It isn't just happening on a few of the stocks on my Watch List that are known to have basher / manipulators in them ($ECOX / $EVSV / $OTTV) but traders in my network are reporting it on almost all their stocks today for the first time.
