Good news, I got an email response addressing the ordering process, log on, and the 20% off pop-up banner before I could follow up my email with a phone call. Like Ron said they are in the process of correcting any minor issues. Only about 2% of those ordering products had an issue, and some of those were due to user error. But they are taking the concerns we addressed very seriously.
