Apparently they worked out their coding issues, so hopefully they'll promote the special soon. I was told that since they had told me I could share news of the promotion here that they would still honor it.
Try placing orders without logging in, and call the customer support number if needed. As revenue growth ramps up I'm sure the web shopping experience will get smoother.
