I copied posts number 54415, 54417, and 54418 and sent them to Paul at investor relations. Then I copied them and sent all the posts including my response to 54415, 17, and 18 directly to customer service through the RMHB Corporate website.
Thank you all for bringing up these concerns. I understand that the RS is largely out of their control, but customer service is completely in their lane and they should be addressing these issues.
I will follow up with a phone call later today.
