All, I successfully ordered off of the HEMPd website. However, I did so without signing into my account. When I initially setup my account I was sent the 20% off coupon. I tried to sign onto my account but forgot my password. I was unable to successfully reset my password due to the logic loop previously described. They will fix the glitch.
The way around this problem is to order without using your account. You will still get the option to put in your promotion code which was emailed to you. Once I did this I had no problem placing my order and I received my order on time.
I did experience the 20% off popup. It was annoying but I just ignored it. All of the websites will be updated or are being updated to reflect all of the changes. I.E. new 20mg HEMPd CBD drinks, new HEMP Seed Oil Extract Drinks for HEMPd, Rocky Mountain, and Rocky Mountain High, and Eagle Spirit Water name change to Spirit Water.
So a lot of changes coming. I would venture to say that their focus right now is getting into the retail market like they previously stated. In order to be successful most of their (our) sales have to come from retail. I think Doug stated 80% of sales from retail, but I would have to rewatch the podcasts to verify.
Lastly if you are trying to contact management directly at this time, I do not think they are allowed to say anything until after the RS.
This was a difficult week. The concerns with the webpage are valid and they will address the issues.
