I like every part of this.. The fact that they are now out there as Utopya Technologies Corp. Also Registered with the Canadian government.

Meaning now Utopya decided to go Corporate. that means now they will need to start reporting all income and expense and notifying when there is a change of directors starting in June 2019. do to the Canada Business Corporation Act that was put in this year.
