Utopya update. PART 1.
Since Andiamo and Utopya are not releasing news. With the help of the info Rhino sent me today here’s some updates. Our friend Krysten has been very busy the past couple months. In addition to registering the previous websites she did in Nov and Dec 2018, here’s a couple more towards the end of this post. This is kind of lengthy so please read this thoroughly.
I’m assuming Krysten is annoyed that I keep posting her name and it keeps popping up associated with Utopya and I’m sure she is getting many emails. She chose to register these domains with her personal email and cell phone, so that’s on her. So now she or someone from Utopya has decided to hide behind a proxy when registering their NEW domain names. This means the registrar can remain anonymous and comes back to a generic Arizona address through godaddy.
Utopya has apparently decided to change their name again and it is now “Utopya Technologies”. Krysten Milne is the one who has filed for the name change and signed the paperwork by a Raymond Edwards who may be Utopya’s new attorney. I also have a hard copy of the documents which I paid for and am going to share that info with you all. There is no mention of Brewster or Steinberg or the others which I’m assuming are still being hidden. She also recently filed paperwork under Utopya Holdings as well.
The first new proxy website registered was January 16, 2019 is http://utopyatechnologies.com
The next new proxy website also created on January 16,2019 is http://utopyaholdings.com
The last is http://Utopya tech.com
This website was registered January 18, 2019 and redirects to the original Utooya.co website.
In the next post I’ll provide a copy and paste of those documents filed by Utopya with Krystens approval and signature. I edited it because there was a lot of fluff with a PDF conversion.
Paperwork for both Utopya Technologies and Utopya Holdings were filed January, February, and March 2019. Only a few days ago.
This is where things get questionable. Take what you want from it and read into it as you wish. I’m just providing facts and am calling them out on their own words and documented filings (FACTS). Read what I post and make your own conclusions. I have mine and think there is a whole lot of moving parts here. I’d like to hear some of your conclusions. I am a shareholder and have been since Jan 2018. I have not sold a single share. I believe in Andiamo and Utopya and hope we all will benefit when the proper news is released.
If Utopya is gonna play this game of no updates and not releasing info, I may start releasing their smartphone lineup as of Next week with specs and pricing.
On the shareholders behalf I think we have waited long enough. I’ve been patient and you all have been as well. I’ve been sitting on this info, and we all need answers. Maybe this will show them we as shareholders mean business.
I’m not exactly sure what the holdup is here but Utooya has HUGE potential from what I’ve seen.
