Bro, I told you the other day you were "DA MAN" but I was wrong.....you are like the Liam Neeson from "Taken" of penny DD 
Thank you again for all your time and efforts in putting this jigsaw puzzle together for us....and thanks to RHINO as well for anything he contributed to the sleuthing.
Clearly, a LOT has been going on in the background despite the facade of nothingness. My only concern here with all the new companies being set up is that somehow ANDI/Utopya would try to transfer the technology to one of these other shells without allowing us to participate in the sales and other growth.
That could just be me being cynical, but I have been involved in plays before where that has happened unfortunately. Let's hope that doesn't happen here.
We could be in for soooooome ride higher when the plan is finally revealed
