$PSGR This is 100% MY OPINION AND 100% SPECULATION

The current price of GOLD is (approx.) $1300.00/troy oz
1 Ton of Gold would be worth (approx.) $41,600,000.00
ASSUMIING that the vote to increase the common shares to 500 MILLION (July 8, 2016 shareholders meeting) passed….I believe this passed but not 100% certain as I had given up on ever seeing this company do something that was, IN MY OPINION, beneficial to the shareholders.
One ton equals 32,000 ozs (I am NOT using TROY ounces and using STANDARD ton of 2,000 pounds)...32,000 X $1,300.00=$41,600,000
$41,600,000/500,000,000 (shares)= $0.0832/share
So assuming NO other costs..y'know...no labor costs, no equipment costs, no fees, etc...The share price MIGHT be worth $0.08 based ONLY upon the 500,000,000 common shares.
SIMPLE FACT>>>The TOTAL GOLD PRODUCTION in the entire STATE OF NEVADA from 1835 until 2008 (73 YEARS) was 152 Million ounces......4,700 tons.
Back to the original question...HOW MANY TONS OF GOLD would be required to equate to $4.00/share???? The math is simple, you can use a calculator and arrive at a number.
The corporation increased the number of Common Shares and has, in several instances, used these additional shares to 'pay' for 'qualified' individuals to sit on the Board or serve as 'consultants/advisors'.
One can only speculate what the share price will be worth in the future BUT based upon the number of Common Shares and the historical placement (in ground) and quantities that have been removed and sold, Pershing Resources and its shareholders had better do some serious praying that the price of GOLD goes up dramatically....WELL OVER $7,500.00/troy ounce. If the stars and planets align in the heavens It MIGHT see $0.25/share if and when this occurs.
ACTIONS AND RESULTS!!! NO MORE BS!!!!
