$PSGR What motivates an individual to become a Board Member/Director at Pershing Resources? Does the individual actually review the history of the company? Is the Press Release simply a 'feel good' piece of worthless writing intended to pacify the shareholders? What is 'in it' for the new Board Member/Director?

The new Press Release announces the addition of yet another Board Member, Maria Stan, CPA. With the addition of another paper pusher, the company can now create mountains of paperwork; review library-full volumes of documents; and write professionally formatted Notices of Intent. What does she get out of this other than an addition to her resume?

As far as can be ascertained, I believe Pershing Resources has or has had on its Board of Directors, a DOCTOR, a LAWYER....I was a bit disappointed that there is no mention of an INDIAN CHIEF. Oh well, I understand that one of the new director's credited FORMER titles is CHIEF Financial Officer. I suppose that is close enough for INDIAN CHIEF.

I wonder how many millions of PENNY SHARES went to bring her aboard(???). If Pershing Resources continues to add (ahem) qualified and knowledgeable executives, the number of common shares will have to be increased somehow (all that corporate brain-power can surely figure this one out...Hell, I did and I am NOT considered exceptional). Well, it IS a PENNY STOCK so what difference does it make if there are XXX Million shares at $0.01 or XXXXXX Million shares at $0.005???

ACTIONS AND RESULTS!!! NO MORE BS!!!!
