$PSGR Just another MY OPINION with a few documented facts.
Interesting Barrick Gold (a MAJOR producer of precious metals) has approximately 1.2 Billion outstanding shares. The share price is currently around $12.00/share. PSGR (a MAJOR producer of ?????? Verbal Fertilizer?????) has approximately 181 Million shares and is worth $0.01/share. Barrick not only mines and SELLS its GOLD production it PAYS dividends. Pershing Resources has yet to continuously produce and sell any verifiable amounts of precious metals. Barrick Gold has been around for about 36 years; Pershing Resources (includes all previous iterations of the company names) has been around for about 23 years. One continues to produce GOLD the other continues to produce intermittent Press Releases. ~$12.00/share v. ~$0.01/share....(snicker) it MUST be the additional 13 years of its existence that brought up the share price of Barrick. After all, didn't Pershing Resources indicate that sometime in the future (around 2023????) something could possibly happen if the studies of the studies of the studies indicate that something of value MAY/COULD POSSIBLY be in the ground at one of the claims/mine sites? All it will take is more time and money to find out if the study of the studies of the studies of the studies of the studies merit additional studies to determine if additional studies are required.
There appears to be a bit of History connected to the methodology....once upon a time, when the company was called Xenolix Technologies, the refrain from the company was the (Trumpets please!!!) NEW TECHNOLOGY was (ahem) still being tweaked and would take a little longer to perfect. This went on for months/years. The current refrain appears to be the need for additional studies.
Oh well, the more things change, the more they remain the same!
