At the risk of repeating myself,there are so many things going on behind the scenes that we can't see and some of which we are even unaware of such as the EU subsidiary that we all were surprised with.
What others have shared with you just further confirms that Leo and Dr.B are not just sitting in the office playing desktop matchbox football as some would have us believe.
I believe that the EU subsidiary not only opens the doors to Europe for IPIX but it also lights a bonfire under the butts of our suitors to "move it or lose it" and the competition between them is probably getting pretty heated by now.
That also tells me that Leo and Dr.B are still in the "Driver's Seat"in any negotiations going on and not on some street corner selling pencils.
