There's a difference between free speech and libel

There's a difference between free speech and libel. Many of the things written about the CEO would fall in the category of libel, as they are untrue and the person writing them has NO basis in fact to make such claims. And, given the fact that they are made with malign intent to hurt the credibility of the company, they are also violations of security laws.

And I thought that posting daily FINRA numbers supposedly scared off investors. Are the people who so object to the daily FINRA numbers standing up for the CEO over at the lieHUB board? Or are they strangely silent when it comes to things that ACTUALLY scare off investors?
