If they do release the the goods or half down here and price rockets, I would imagine they do it when they know they can uplist, release that news price goes up, then when shorts are ready to come FUSZ announces uplisting was approved and we will be uplisting on so and so date with a new cusip, then shorts could try something but they just have to cover very soon, and at that point not many shareholders would say let me sell now before uplist.
