To be able to post videos natively on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin is a home run. Adding the others including youtube would be incredible.
Below is talking about the app. So you basically got two things going on with Facebook (native interactive video posting + an app) and one or two with Instagram.

A little known startup company associated with not only Facebook & Instagram but with every giant out there. With a BOD & BOA and nFusz team off the chain. Post a few other startups that have something better. I double dog dare you ; )
There are a lot of ways to put a valuation a tech company. I know all of them and the combination of all of them.
How do I know? I worked for companies that were acquiring right and left as well as 3 startups on the other end. Part of the largest tech deal in history that would have probably been blocked by the SEC without my team ; )
One method or factor is human capital. Institutional investors know this. Know the methods. Retail does not. 95% of retail goes by what is posted on a message board. Everyone might want to start evaluating what they think the company is worth if they haven't already. There are two people that can't tell you. Both start with a "R". One is not allowed. The other is, but won't.
