I don't disagree with you. It's all about timing and I have no idea what the timing is other than beginning in Jan. and soon. The schedule I can imagine is complicated between when they can release news, when they need to close the deal, when they need to secure the funding, etc.
I do have the feeling is on the OTC Rory could unload all guns, the SP would go to $10 and the OTC shorts would coming in hot and heavy for a killing. You could unload 1/2 the barrels and crush them with the other 1/2 but starts to get complicated.
What kills companies that uplist & RS is they they came to the dance single hoping to get luckly. Dance card empty. That is the kiss of death and surprised a lot do it.
