I one takes the current revenues of SC today, assume a certain percentage of sales are not reflected in there because of accounting rules, extrapolates that out to a full year, adds whatever growth rate they want you will get a valuation just for that one segment alone which is higher than the current market cap.
Today the have .5% market penetration and the field is wide open. This is a real company, well established with a lot of customers and 99.5M user potential market.
Now put a value on all the other segments.
What value will Salesforce bring?
What value will Microsoft bring?
What value will Odoo bring.
What value with Facebook bring?
What value with Oracle bring?
What value with Marketo bring?
Imagine the conversations with institution investors. OK, to save time, tell me which giant didn't you partner with.
