Rory, I think you should run by Sound Concepts the proposal of giving 5 year warrants to buy FUSZ at a strike price 10% below the original NASDAQ quoted price for the purchase of Sound Concepts. If you give Sound Concepts 20 million warrants at say a strike price of $4.90, when the price two years from now is over $14.90. their price for the sale of their company would be $200,000,000. This would be far above the original price they agreed to for their company, and will increase if they hold for five years.
Non-qualified investors should use a financial advisor to buy mutual funds or exchange traded funds.
