Long Post for Investors: S1E12 redflix Here's t
Post# of 32650
Here's the sad red story. I figured I'd post a couple of times about the experience I had with meeting Rory and team and never thought it would turn into this many posts. I think I had a prequel S1E0 in there somewhere that added up 12 previous and now this is 13.
Kind of like Cube, Cube 2 and then they came out with Cube 0. Ironically, the OTC is like Cube. Getting out of this shit hole is a maze ing.
A quick FAQ for new investors and longs that have asked:
Q: Why do you write redflix?:
A: This was my commitment to nFusz and to Rory that treated me and other investors as family. He said everything you heard you can share and that I have.
Q: What's with the Redflix name? Sound like Netfilx and may I point out, there are no videos in your posts.
A: If you go back to the first ones, I don't even think it had a name as I was just relaying info I heard from the conference. I figured a few posts. I honestly don't know where the name came from. Maybe someone said something to me or my willywonka brain came up with it. I do use gifs and a few yt videos so at least there is some motion.
"But that doesn't matter. Here's what I want you to know" (I sound like Rory). I am only doing it to improve my typing and writing skills. I've always sucked at both but not too old to learn. As far as no real videos. Yeah, not yet. When I start to see 50 thumbs I might do an interactive redflix.
Q: How many episodes of redflix have there been and where can I find them?
A: 12+1. You have two options. One is click on redspeed and go back to and read a bunch of post or just search on redflix on iHang. The latter I think you'll miss some early ones but maybe someone here can post when the first one was. I thought at some point I'd pull them all into the mega post of the century but getting busy with work lately and will be posting less.
Q: All the time you spend posting and even writing these stories, it must be a big time commitment.
A: I assure you I spend far less time than the people Rory talked about in the previous update that post 24x7 on a stock they pretend to hate. As Rory said, why would people do it?
Ding, ding, ding. I know. They are trying to buy your shares.
Q: You used to post on another board and also share redflix. Why don't you still do?
A: That other board is a trader board. I won't say anymore and wish all of them the best of luck.
Q: You mentioned season two of redflix? What can we expect?
A: There are many different directions I can take this. Stay tuned.
Q: You post some interesting information. How do you know this info?
A: I use Google. I have said I would give lessons to anyone that asked. That offer is totally off the table for a month or two now. I've given lessons to at least a few dozen people. I think they are happy. I've shown that the info is out there and others can vouch for that. When the stock is $10 I might do a write up of how to for everyone finding their next 50 bagger.
Onto episode 12:
If you remember in S1E11 of redflix, I went a little off script. Well a lot off script. I learned a long time ago if you share part of your life, people can relate. Not sure how anyone can relate to my crazy life, but I put it out there, where most won't. And I am usually the last guy to share anything, as many personally know me.
I once downloaded a copy of how to go completely off the grid. Heck, it was free and being an IT guy, I know what that means. I already know how to do it. I am half off the grid now. There is just too much information out there about everyone.
I've never read a page. It was just a PDF, but it was bigger than a Harry Potter novel. If I do ever read it, you won't see me again. Never. You won't find a trace of me online except these posts. Not ready for that yet. But the day is coming soon. Ghost Protocol is set at $10.
But never say never. Even John Wick comes back when he's had enough.
Back to the flix. Fast forward to August. Same place different day. Was watching the Thunderbirds put on a show over the lake. Man, if you want to see power and precision, this was a show. Every year either the Air Force or the Navy put on a show like you've never seen. I stayed the week in a hotel and walked down to the lake on Friday to take in the practice session.
My Dad used to tell me, Friday was the best, while the actual show is Sat. & Sun. Poor son always needed to work on Fridays, but I met my wife down at the lakefront Friday afternoon which was the first Friday I ever saw them.
Guess what? Dad was right. Dads usually are and I'm a lucky man to have him pass on his wisdom. He taught me there is nothing someone can't do. You just have to free your mind. I see it in technology all the time. People say I can't, but the reality is they never tried. It's the I can't that is holding them back. Nothing else.
As I was walking down to the lakefront I saw a jet in what appeared to be on top of a large plane arcing towards the sky. Wow! I figured that was the end of it and I worked too long in the afternoon and missed it. All week long I could hear them practicing and would run to my hotel window but didn't see a thing. They are loud as anyone who has seen a show already knows.
20 minute walk to the lake. Met my wife who was reading a book there and we walk to the edge of a harbor. Waited for awhile and I said out loud, it's over, but something said to me, hang in there. Just a bit longer.
Sure enough, 20 minutes later, all hell broke loose. That was the show of a life time. 45 minutes of Thunderbirds. Wow.
The next day I saw the show from a boat on the lake. Kind of like the fireworks I mentioned in the previous episode. This time, no police, no swat, etc but they were pulling everyone else over.
The T-Birds part of the show was about 20 minutes. It was great. It was really great. Dad was right though. Friday was twice as long. Every year I see the T-Birds or Blue Angels I feel fortunate.
OK redflix dude. You saw a great show. So WTF!
Listen to my Dad. The practice leading up to the big show best part. When some are trying to convince others it's over, maybe it's time to hang tight. The events leading up to show time tell all. I can see so much going on with the company now and so can everyone if they want. I see maybe a bit more with my friend Google. I wish I could share but it's all public what I see. I only use google, but anyone can learn anything.
Go back and watch Rory's updates a few more times. I've watch each a dozen times. They make me very happy. The writing is on the wall. Not everyone will see it. I can see it clear as day. If you put on your google glasses you might as well.
One more Redflix to go. It will be about our last night.
