Our share count would go down but price up, keeping our total investment and market cap the same. The company would have to let the public know prior, I’m not sure how far in advance.
The only way it would become necessary is if we could not reach the minimum price for Nasdaq organically. I don’t believe this will be the case and I believe Rory has this exact page in his master plan that will avoid any RS. He has nearly 25% of authorized shares. What hurts us hurts him much more.
