I friend of mine has made a career the last 10-15 years of helping dealerships leverage social media to sell more cars. Not surprisingly, a number of dealerships know cars, but not technology. Last 3-4 years he's been consulting for Ford.
He said you want to see the number one thing that sells cars? I said sure.
He showed me a personalized video of a person at a dealership saying something like:
" Hi Joe..., I just wanted to reach out. I know you contacted us last week looking for a xyz. We just got this super clean, low mile car in today and I thought you may be interested. GIve me a call. Look forward to hearing from you."
That is the number one thing that moves cars. I can see why vs. a spam email from a contact list I'm on. Now image that with nFusz technology.
I haven't approached Rory on this topic but notifiCARS, (notifiWheels, etc.) would be a big money maker. I'm sure of it. Probably more than any of the other verticals.
The only thing you have to get over is these dealerships that are multi generational and the 1st gen still want to see their 80 year old face on TV commercials. This is something I did talk to Dennis is Vegas over dinner.
