The postcard gets ripped up or burned in a fireplace within 6 hours of being delivered. Say there’s 50 people that are signed up for info on homes because they’re looking to buy, and one just went for sale that 20 would like. Just send the video for those 20, and in video customers can set up a time to see the house. Much quicker and easier than the oh I should call when I get a chance... two weeks later “I should really call when I can”
