I emailed Rory awhile back about the job recruitme

I emailed Rory awhile back about the job recruitment companies (Monster, indeed.com). I think making a walkout video with links to resume would get looked at more seriously with a video of the person. I haven’t heard anything back. I work Construction and am always looking for people but never know what to expect with a piece of paper resume. I would save interview time if I could tell right away by a video if I thought the person had what it takes.
