Unless they are buying the whole company, I don't think Celgene is a good partner. Even if they partner on B, I think that would give them some leverage over P development. Celgene is the one company I want us to stay away from. We are aiming to eat the lunch of their banner drug, Otezla, with the hopefully safer and superior Prurisol.
If P ends up flopping then I'd greet them with open arms. Until then I consider Celgene to be the BP most hostile to us.
