Correct me if I'm mistaken please, but the way I read this
(and I admit that I am the "Eternal Optimist" is that
IPIX is in talks with BP(s) trying to negotiate deal(s).

Each of the platforms are likely on the table of discussion.
IPIX is in a quiet period regarding these discussions.

If IPIX were going to develop Brilicidin on their own,
we would be hearing about it by now or very soon.

That leads me to think that Celgene (although a conflict of
interest regarding Prurisol)could be using this conference
to bolster it's support for the partnership or deal with IPIX
for Brilicidin.
Otherwise how could IPIX explain at the conference how they
are developing 'B' without including the partnership arrangement
with the BP entity?

If Celgene is/was just a coincidental sponsor of the conference (???)
they are doing another BP a huge favor!!

And by some strange turn of events,if Celgene is not in a deal with IPIX
for "B",then this conference announcement really (and I mean REALLY) lights
a fire under the other potential suitors to s#!t or get off the pot.
