what struck me regarding this week's *trades* .. was the extraordinary number of *hidden* (done between bid and ask showing) trades that went off each day .. but specifically the last 3 days (W/Th/F)

i find most weeks' trading patterns *interesting* .. but some weeks prove more telling than others on IPIX .. this was one of them for 4 very specific reasons

first volume avgs .. second YOY % s .. third how *marked* % wise in conjunction with *volume* >> and/or the lack of << .. fourth *range* of liquidity

imo it's all about NRs' *control* .. and how telling it gets on those days it's MIA

regarding a partially laddered cover .. NR takes a target up .. then resets back at a lesser % .. and then tries to maintain that consistency (so that *volume* avgs don't fall off a cliff) without of course triggering reg sho (because even tho' the SEC is a useless entity .. triggering reg sho brings attn to IPIX .. stock.. that NR * cant control * ) .. then of course factor in estimated timelines/expectations out of Innovation Pharma .. a *legal* that CON tinues to be problematic for NR .. an aware mgmt and decoys suffering from *exposure* (MM Monthly) .. and it *imo* reveals an abusive hole CON sistently added to

as i've noted numerous times .. NR is down on their knees in *gratitude* for those prior accessible shares .. what is telling now is how seemingly *inaccessible* their access *is* .. volume cliff diving remains telling .. suspect that will have to be *handled* over the coming week .. but definitely by EOM

**** i refer to this as NRs' volume maintenance that is literally unable to be maintained .. without the obvious *reported* ..

reminder it is far easier for NR to manipulate the 10 day vs the 90 day ..

when NR is as upside down on a OTC target .. as I believe they are on IPIX .. the ability to create *volume* for volume's sake .. becomes an issue .. which is why NR will undertake relentless PPS compression to try and get investors to cave emotionally and sell .. which as noted by (mostly) CON tinued decreasing *volume* avgs .. hasn't worked too well in NRs' favor for well over a year +

it's also worth noting *imo* NRs' patterns on *liquidity* .. i did this post on the 30th of June .. to show what i'm seeing ..

liquidity for this past week *ranged* from a high of .. 53c to a low of .422c >> a range of .108c .. just above last week's *range* of 9c (60c to 51c) >> prior week ranged from .62c to a low of .55c >> a range of .07c << well below prior week's range of .1048c >> which was just below the prior week's range of 12c << which was about half of prior week's 25c range >> prior week b4 that was .103c >> week b4 that @ .073c <<

*clearly* imo all of the above continues to indicate *stress* on NR (non retail)

re: liquidity .. (in spite of all those *sells*) .. imo NR remains mostly *resetting* .. that is feeding a bid and then re-feeding the UC ask ( usually tho' not always @ the same PPS) .. as well as *blocking* when able .. usually @ ask but sometimes @ the bid as well .. i expect based on mgmt's recent input .. we will continue to see NR try and do a partially laddered cover up .. 3 issues remain

>> NR needs to be able to control that *take up* % wise for the reset down .. % higher is usually offset by a slightly lesser % back down (so usually a net increase) .. *volume* has to ratchet in alignment with those *efforts* and not trigger reg sho .. and I strongly suspect YOY ( @ -35 -30 ) proves challenging if not able to be controlled along with *imo* seeing how the 70c to 75c range is subsequently handled by NR

legal is also always worth noting .. due to what gets *reported* .. nothing like *decreasing* volume avgs in CONjunction with an increasing *legal* reported

that would be an OUCH for NR .. imo
