Referring to the findings of the European Court of Auditors, MP Jorida Tabaku through a Facebook status has re-established accusations of abuses with tenders in Albanian institutions.
"The European Court confirms that the opposition has long denounced by force: the problem of tenders and concessions being abused", Tabaku writes, pointing out that in "In Albania, 30% of public tenders are predetermined"
It further reflects on the report, pointing out that the Court notes problems related to negotiating procedures that in most cases abuses emergency cases, lack of use of the electronic system, lack of full harmonization of the law on public procurement with management legislation, lack of guidance and concrete steps regarding companies under contract, lack of control over the winner, and lack of guidance and monitoring of procedures that make up public procurement.
"In Albania, public tenders are provided practically without racing. Edi Rama has given 250 mln euros without race, friends and oligarchs. The economy is centralized in a few hands with the blessing and distribution of the government of parts of the economy in these hands. That is why foreign investors have left and no others come. This time, the European Court of Auditors spoke equally alongside the opposition three months ago, "concludes Jorida Tabak's status.
