Interesting how they maintained Shala energy PLC in Ireland and also Grew energy plc has now become active.
I am guessing they already had the Ltd entities set in place under shala energy plc having under 5% shares, and didn't what to break them up again.
Most start up's never get the money to develop,typical penny, I think this is were grew was, We don't know if it is tied in also under this group or not, Wolfgang is the common fit on both, but how much energy can you expend working on different projects?
Seems to be resorting back to what was found by Future on structured financials information, and there was a presence for Bio waste, Solar and Hydro, Equals 3power, financing sources probably have changed.
I was told by the office 3 years ago that they were going to start building 3 years ago,so anything from there is all conjecture at this point.
We have watched all former partners and concessions eliminated and Falak group is now in control with new concessions and estimated share structure. Many different elements point to a alignment of some sort, Website's, 8k project filed, Late 10K, So another day we shall wait.
