as for the SP .. clearly based on *volume* YTD totals *sinking like a rock* each and every year from 2013/2014's *imo* washed 36M and change .. to 2017's 13M and change .. NR can take PTOI to triple zeros .. something *noted* via this venue years back .. the SP is the most easily manipulated aspect re: OTC .. which is why it's done .. funny how the *crew* that worked the PRO side of PTOI (stock) back in 2009 gets a *pass*
what changes that *volume* imo is when or if the founder sells those 3M~ PTOI shares
because until that happens (and it may never happen) .. there are a solid group who won't part from their *shares* regardless of where PTOI (stock) is taken.. it is what it is ..
there are many (not all) actual LT *investors* who will hold PTOI till the end
for years i've pointed out the 4 reasons why P2O (the company) remains an OTC Survivor with an enviable (and always mocked) I/O ..

for years it was the founder's tech .. then the former director's *documentation* .. then the monies' infused by current ceo .. to deal with the *mess* created (at least by one) deliberately to sabotage .. and for a few years now .. it's actual P2O investors .. many of whom have emailed mgmt .. offered suggestions .. potential solutions and the like .. who remain *invested*
so again re: the venting and frustration many actual P2O investors have .. what exactly would you Commando911 like out of this SMB (stk msg board)?

btw .. whoever said that the 4 reasons that P2O currently remains an OTC Survivor .. would to quote you .. will save the day .. no one .. speaking of divert and deflect .. suspect most who've learned how the OTC operates know there are no guarantees .. but some of us do find the timing re: recent monies' infused *interesting*

Amazing how “some” divert and deflect, call people names, accuse some of being multi’s, others as part of nefarious crews....all the while knowing full well that the aliases ARE NOT any such things. Very “telling” when one lies just to keep their flock in place. Just how low does the SP have to go for the followers to wake and realize that the “cover” isn’t coming? That vindication isn’t coming. That all the “documentation“”is useless and will never produce anything.
See, myself and others can admit that we blew it with this company and the stock. My belief,and others belief, led us to bring other into this investment, which failed. I apologized to many friends and family for introducing them to what has been a disaster. What I didn’t do was encourage them to continue to DCA shares on a stock that went nowhere but down. So aside from there intitial investment, they lost no more.
Fortunately they do have winners from the longest bull market the last few years, and Ptoi will offset they’re capital gains on their winners. That’s the only value left.
I too am waiting for the next filing. The one that says that Richard Heddle is now sole owner of all PTO assets since his loan five years ago to the company cannot be repaid. That’s due in a few weeks. So what do the shareholders own after that? Absolutely nothing. Heddle will assume ownership of the tech, the properties, the catalyst, absolutely everything.
Maybe the BOD will come up with the million plus 12% annum over five years Heddle is owed. Must be closer to 2million now.
But the founders shares, the tech, past directors documentation and the loyal “real” investors....will save the day. Lol
