I know this situation better then you.
I been in every PIPE, I was sending emails to Rick, and the other 2
I have been promised so much by J B and B M and I did believe in technology but in same time we friend and family got screwed the most.
People were loosing properties and lot of families dont have for their kids education while John is enjoying his new project on SMART VAPOR
And Boby is driving in his Porsche, while we still protecting them.
John is the 1 made deal with Rock Ten and brought these 2 in game
And then they screw Rick for 10 Mill and they left company
If you need proof i do have thousand of text and emails
So please dont lecture me on their nice behavior .

as a reminder of NRs' *take up* PPS wise of December 2009 to the *hand off* of January 2010 (traction finally gained with WSB's hiring of May 2010 and that 8K filed) to when the first hit piece on P2O was *authored* (July 2010) in alignment with the importation *then* of CSTI (pre buyout aka Collins Stewart) another London calling entity on tap .. also in July 2010 .. because of course NN was up to their eyeballs (back when *reporting* was actually somewhat factual on PTOI) in *air* ..

there are no guarantees on any U.S. *equity* .. and it's rather rare for an almost decade old OTC *target* to remain *trading* .. but the *fact* is the crew embedded *there* since 2009 .. (both sides get worked) .. remains firmly in place and that SMB is *monitored* as is noted above ..

the biggest *asset* P2O (company) has .. *imo* .. is the abusive short almost a decade in the making .. whether that asset can be exploited by current mgmt .. only time will tell ..

more than a few actual investors have placed their bet ..
