When considering the claim that the PRC is backing

Other competitors are off and running while JBZY patiently waits for what?
If the PRC's master plan is going to be creating and launching a standardized format for battery charging (think VCRs, DVDs) why are battery charging stations going up left and right using "inferior" maybe even rapidly obsolete advances.
Aren't futuristic "quick" drive-in battery swapping stations said to be faster and more convenient than traditional "remain in one spot" plug in battery charging?
I suggest that Jimbo's other plates are better suited to produce more "immediate" revenue than the more distant wide spread implementation of advanced "battery" technology and therefore hotels, telephones, robots, and so forth are commanding first priority.
I believe that there are also some cooperative business negotiations/agreements in the making in reference to EV sales and the manufacturing, use and distribution of (patented) 3rd generation lithium batteries and when JBZY is ready that announcement may come sooner than later in grand fashion.
How exactly the PRC fits in I do not know but they do have the "one road" campaign or something to that effect in motion and a lot of companies are actively trying to claim their niche in this "national" program.
