Hard to say. Your guess is as good as mine or another's. There must be an account somewhere or else how would the company itself know by whom it is owned and in what percentages. I seem to recall reading somewhere that Wang owns 99% of the company post reverse split. If that were to be in fact correct then +/- 4000 shareholders share the remaining 1%, in which case it is of little interest whether the number stands at half (=2000), 60-40, 70-30,
80-20% or any such ratio. I suppose the more fellow countrymen the better but WANG wants all nationalities to "join in" including the likes of you and me here in the good ol' US of A. And yes he probably does want to shake the tree until just the firm apples remain attached to the tree.
