And you think that because you see it going down, it is the stock itself that is creating this. You need to open your eyes and look at the other forces that are involved in Sticky-Pinky land.
People come to this wasteland to make money either by shorting, flipping and/or following the shorting activities that the MM's normally do to make their money. With 90% or higher pinkies being scams, these players ravage all stocks, by manipulating the stocks, lower to buy, then higher to sell, or vice versa, when you are shorting. If you look on L2, you will see this continually happen to JBZY because they have remained silent, by choice, for most of their existence.
There are some who try to find the small percentage of stocks that are not scams and invest in them to try to make money in this wasteland. That is why many longs have invested their time in doing their extensive DD to find out more about this company. The company has done many things to prove that they are not a scam, but primarily, they have never pumped and dumped. They have filed all previous financial reports late, but this one has taken a lot longer than they probably anticipated, probably due to the enormity of how much growth they have exhibited.
I don't have any doubt that they will file their 4th quarter annual return soon, but don't know when.
