You and Tex should go to Liehub and post your negativity on their. This board was supposed to be for people who believe in the DD and in this stock.
I posted my opinion about the company delay earlier and I believe that, since I have been in the accounting and auditing field for a long time, it has a lot to do with the delay. I stated that when a company is an emerging growth company, sometimes it is hard to put out the financials needed, in a timely manner. Then when you add in the affiliations, partnerships, buy-ins in other companies, contracts, revenues, language barriers, different accounting methods, currency exchange rates, revenues from so many sources, offsetting entries, GAAP, PCAOB, SEC, rules and regulations, new auditor, new public company, it is very likely that the deadlines are hard to meet.
You can believe what you want to believe, and it seems like you don't believe anything that any of the longs have told you, so blame yourself for your own skepticism being the reason for why you are treated this way. You need to do your own DD, and I mean real DD, not relying on the negativity that you have built up, from not doing much DD. There are many longs here that have done some very deep DD and you have refused to believe any of it, so there is nothing more that any of us can do for you except, be hostile to you for any negativity you present without anything to back it up.
