$PSGR A critique of today's Pershing Resources Press Release:
WHAT IT STATED: There are 74 mining claims totaling 1480 acres; approximately FIVE SQUARE MILES.
AREA DEFINED: ONE SQUARE MILE is 640 ACRES. BIG difference between 1480 acres and (approximately) FIVE SQUARE MILES (3,200 acres). Isn't someone at Pershing Resources supposed to be an accountant? One has to wonder about the math skills!
PICTURE shows 'COPPER OXIXED' as marked with RED CIRCLE/Arrows. What the hell is OXIXED? Maybe OXIDE??? One would think that with the question of credibility having been raised so many times in the past, Pershing Resources would, at the MINIMUM, proof read display documents.
There are no NEW {as in year 2018} assay results. Following the 'survey ' that was allegedly conducted by the geologic consultant(s), one would suspect that CERTIFIED ASSAYS were gathered throughout the (ahem) FIVE SQUARE MILES of mining claims to DOCUMENT the existence of precious metals, copper, and other metal ores. Y'know, "We actually have CERTIFIED LABORATORY ASSAY RESULTS from our current survey/exploration (post January 2018). WE are NOT relying on the pretty PICTURES that we show you on our website."
SUMMARY
NOTHING new to report. Investors are still expected to rush into buying large quantities of PSGR stock based upon 'something' may/could possibly happen in the not too distant future that could possibly provide something even though Pershing Resources provides ONLY WORDS and not CURRENT real, live, documented/verifiable information. "WE have (ahem) FIVE SQUARE MILES of land in the desert that are labelled as MINING CLAIMS....HURRY AND BUY NOW to avoid the December Rush"...or is that the March Rush or the June Rush???? I am so confused, WHAT YEAR in the future are we talking about?????
