$PSGR I was about to enter a comment to strike a balance between what has occurred over the TWENTY PLUS YEARS of Pershing Resources existence and a POSSIBLE future occurrence. Prior to entering any text, I revisited several past messages I had posted on this and other boards. The messages are from 2 to 15 years in the past. All highlight WHAT Pershing Resources SUGGESTED MIGHT OCCUR (implicit within the context BUT NOT DIRECTLY STATED) versus WHAT ACTUALLY OCCURRED.
What was suggested by Pershing Resources was that 'assays' were outstanding; 'new technology' would provide much higher precious metal yields; investors were on the edge of significant financial returns; and that 'something' would occur as soon as the kinks in the operation were worked out. Year in and year out there are Pershing Resources Press Releases that follow this pattern (Past Chronology): 1) Issue a Press Release that indirectly suggests that a claim/mine site had excellent (in-house) precious metal assays 2) Issue a Press Release that indirectly suggests that 'New Technology' would provide investors with a windfall in profits 3) Continue to issue Press Releases that allude to on-going site-work/studies/assays 4) Mention that the company had acquired additional claims 5) Mention that Pershing Resources MAY form a JV or get funding from another company /OR/ add qualified consultants who will 'grow' the company 6) Suggest investors wait for up and coming pertinent information that will be positive.
The Number 7 in the PAST chronology has always been 'Followed by Pershing Resources SILENCE' as NOTHING positive, beneficial and rewarding ever occurred.
What will be the NUMBER 7 following the latest Pershing Resources Press Release? Will history repeat itself?
