I too live in CA. Typical of politicians they're dragging their feet on licensing in the state. They're also charging too much and taxing too much. The result is people will continue to get their weed on the black market until pricing is more inline with other states and sales taxes come down. Their greed knows no bounds here. Everything is more expensive here as you know.
