I believe the same Medmar, however I also believe the reason that OWCP backed out of the agreement was that Medmar had rights to the entire U.S. as State's permitted access to cannabis as either medical or recreational. The problem was they only had a presence in a couple State's and didn't appear to have the support needed to expand to nearly all State's where it was legal.

I don't know if any single company exists that can currently supply every legal State with product. It may be possible that they will in the future, but for now I believe that OWCP will establish agreements for single or groups of States where they already have support in those States.

I live in California and just yesterday noted that tax revenue was 13% below what had been predicted. I believe the reason is simple, they didn't have licenses established prior to it becoming legal, and even now licenses continue to be given slowly. I don't know what products are available throughout the State, and what is only available in very limited stores. In short, if OWCP just establishes an agreement with a company that can serve all of California, it would be big news.
