I am expecting this to make a good run Friday, next Monday, and/or Tuesday! The 10-K is coming out and Medical Marijuana has a very good chance to be legal for both inside of Israel and limited Exports out of Israel.
With 420 around the corner and most investors thinking about their Marijuana plays and with recent articles like these showing up all over the web, they will add interest in Israel and OWCP:

Even if the Rocket Boosters (10-K, Israel legalization, and 420) doesn't lift OWCP for a huge run, still a perfect time for investors to get in because the 10-Q for First quarter is only a few weeks a way and some big surprises should be expected with that. Who would not want to get in now and grab every shot of a huge run possible.
