Chinese New Year is a day for giving out “Hong Bao” red envelopes filled with money. Whoever bought millions of shares on 2/16 “Chinese New Years” at a 50% discount was being rewarded by JBZY. They could have conducted a 1:1000 RS Feb 2017 and nobody would have cared. Why wait until Chinese New Year 2018 to contemplate a 1:100 RS? Yesterday JBZY handed out red envelopes filled with shares at a 50% discount. Who made out like bandits? The MM's who wanted shares at a reduced PPS. Who lost money? Those who were frightened out of their shares by RS rumors. Chinese New Year is a day for celebration! No US company would release RS news on Xmas Eve, no Chinese company would release RS news on Chinese New Years. The 1:100 RS is a rumor until FINRA says its not.
