PARDON ME FOR INTERRUPTING
I got blasted, waylaid and severely beat up around the head & shoulders by a few of you sanctimonious posters who are so thoroughly versed in establishing protocol for the growth of JBZY--
This is a cut and paste---I sure hope the time and date stamp doesn't confuse some of you ---

MY ADVICE___DO NOT SELL---BUY!!!!!
I have been thru these and the world is not ending... This R/S is not being done for frivolous reasons---my opinion is it is for correcting the imbalance in the SS with the O/S and convertible preferred shares exceeding the A/S---and setting the Company up for uplisting---
We are anticipating very strong financials and this pps could be anywhere from .025 to .15 before the R/S is approved by FINRA and then executed---the timing is not up to the company , but FINRA---it might take them a week or a month---
By August of this year we will have seen the 10K and the first and second 10Qs---We will be listed on the NASDAQ or the NYSE by the EOY---
If the company needs cash then Wang can convert some prefferred shares and issue them to a Mutual Fund or Institution---there will be plenty of takers--
Remember all the DD from Stock Farmer and Floridany----and all the pictures
This speculation is still GOLDEN and will be turning into an INVESTMENT by the EOY---
JMHO from an ole fossil, who has seen almost all.
